On some computers, the error "Runtime Error Microsoft Visual C++ Library R6095" can appear when using the finger scanner. This is due to an out-of-date or missing Visual Basic library.
To fix the problem, download the free version of Visual Basic Express 2008 from the Microsoft website at:
