Ethernet Disk Mini and Ethernet Big Disk show only "nbsp;" instead of disk information. No other error messages are displayed.

In rare circumstances, frequently after a power outage or other sudden interruption of the drive, the Disks tab in the web administration fails. The page shows simply “nbsp;” instead of any available disk space or other information.

If this happens, try the reset procedure to set the unit back to factory defaults.
