Restarting LaCie Rugged BOSS SSD
LaCie Rugged BOSS SSD is designed to be ready at any time. However, it may be necessary to restart the device via the pinhole when troubleshooting difficult problems.
A. Restart pinhole
- Find the restart pinhole between the USB and USB-C ports.
- Insert a thin rigid wire (such as the end of a paperclip) into the pinhole until it pushes the button within the enclosed space.
- Remove the wire and wait for Rugged BOSS SSD to complete the restart sequence.
