You may purchase your Advanced Care Option from the LaCie online store or at your LaCie Reseller within 30 days of your original purchase date, and all storage products are eligible for the Advanced Care Option. The Advanced Care Option is the ultimate time-saving solution, helping you get back to work and secure your data faster. Once a Technical Support representative determines that your product needs to be replaced, LaCie will ship you a replacement product immediately. You do not need to pay any shipping costs, or even send us your product first.

Purchasing an Advanced Care Option

You may purchase your Advanced Care Option from the LaCie online store or at your LaCie Reseller within 30 days of your original purchase date, and all products with at least a 1-year standard warranty are eligible for the Advanced Care Option. Then, you will receive a purchase confirmation email that will include instructions to activate your Advanced Care Option from your personal LaCie account page.
