Rotate Display - Windows
Summary:
Rotate Display - Windows.
Most LaCie LCD displays allow the panel to rotate freely on the base. This grants the option to easily view images in either a landscape (wider than it is tall), or portrait mode (taller than it is wide.) Microsoft does not have a built-in display rotation program, so LaCie includes a program called "Pivot Pro" to make rotation a simple process.
Pivot Pro works on most display adapters, and in multiple monitor configurations. The software works with Windows 98SE, Windows Me, Windows 2000, and Windows XP. Install the software from the included Pivot Pro CD ROM.

Once installed, use the program by right-clicking an unoccupied area of the desktop. The Pivot Pro options are added to this context menu. Simply select the desired rotation option to apply the changes.
To rotate the secondary monitor, right-click the desktop on the secondary monitor, and choose to rotate the display. The Pivot Pro software will rotate that display, instead.
NOTE: Windows Vista does not support Pivot Pro, however, most Vista machines use either an Nvidia or ATI display adapter (which include rotation software.) Contact the display adapter vendor for Vista-specific directions.
