My LaCie device has multiple FireWire ports on it. Can I connect the drive to two computers at the same time?


The additional FireWire ports can be used for connecting additional FireWire devices to the bus, They are not for connecting the drive to multiple computers.

Neither the Mac nor Windows operating system will support connecting a device to multiple computers at the same time.
