The LightScribe host software updates your system for new LightScribe disc support and printing quality optimization.

This version 1.8.15.1 is necessary for users whose LaCie DVDRW drive signature is “ TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S203N la00” or “TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S082N LA00”.
Minimum system requirements: LaCie LightScribe Labeler for Linux has been validated on Linux Mandriva 2006/Fedora Core 5/SUSE 10/Ubuntu 6.6.

Linux kernel 2.6.17 compatible

4L should run on any x86-based Linux distribution using Linux kernel 2.6 and RPM.
