Béatrice de Clermont Tonnerre has been Director of Development for the Lagardère Group since September 2008. She has notably contributed to operations related to Canal Plus, Sportfive, IEC In Sports on television and on the internet, and to the acquisitions of Doctissimo and Newsweb in France, Digital Spy in the UK and Jumpstart in the United States. Béatrice de Clermont Tonnerre started her career as a radio journalist in Radio France Internationale and Europe 1 newsrooms. In 1995, she joined the strategy division of Matra-Hachette, and in 1998, she was appointed as a media analyst. In 2001, she joined the CanalSatellite Executive Committee after it became part of the Lagardère Group’s holdings, where she held operational responsibilities, serving as Director of Interactive Television and then as Assistant Program Director starting in 2003. In this position, she negotiated the first agreements for distribution of television channels by ADSL for the Canal + Group. In 2005, Béatrice de Clermont Tonnerre returned to Lagardère as Assistant Director of Investor Relations and Director of Analysis and Development.
Béatrice de Clermont Tonnerre spent a large part of her childhood abroad, she is an IEP Paris and ESSEC graduate, and holds various positions in associations related to education and Franco-American cultural exchanges.

Albert “Rocky” Pimentel is responsible for Seagate’s global sales, sales operations, product line management, marketing and retail activities. Prior to joining Seagate in 2011, Pimentel served on the company’s Board of Directors. Pimentel also was a member of the early Seagate management team, working with founders Al Shugart and Finis Conner. He also was part of the founding management team at Conner Peripherals. Since that time, his diverse career experience has included chief operating officer and chief financial officer at McAfee, and senior vice president and CFO at LSI Logic. He also has served as a member of the Board of Directors at Xilinx, and has held senior leadership positions at Glu Mobile, Zone Labs, WebTV Networks and Redpoint Ventures.

Ken Massaroni is responsible for all of Seagate’s corporate legal activities, including intellectual property, patents, trademarks and copyrights, litigation, risk management, contracts, employment law, corporate governance and ethics. In addition, he oversees Seagate’s facilities and security departments. Prior to joining Seagate in 2006, Massaroni was vice president of law, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary at Scientific-Atlanta from 1997 to 2006. In addition, Massaroni has also held senior patent counsel positions at Motorola from 1993 to 1997, served as general counsel and secretary at Optical Imaging Systems from 1990 to 1992 and as a patent attorney at Energy Conversion Devices from 1987 to 1990. In addition, he served as an associate at the law firm of Collier, Shannon, Rill and Scott. Massaroni received a bachelor’s degree from Butler University in Indiana and a doctor of jurisprudence from Indiana University.

Pierre holds a graduate degree in business administration from the HEC business school. Prior to joining LaCie in 2001, Pierre directed a business specializing in graphic arts for six years. Beginning in November 2002, Pierre directed all European activities, and is presently responsible for all Operations of the LaCie Group. Pierre is also General Manager and a member of the Board of Garderobe S.A.
