A patch solving this issue has been created by our developer team, and is available.
This patch is to be applied on ED System version 1.0.10. If ED System version is lower than 1.0.10, please first upgrade to 1.0.10, then apply patch
Steps to apply it for those who are not familiar with patches:
* Connect to EDBigDisk (using IPconfigurator)
* Got to Configuration Tab
* Select Software Button
* Browse to file attached to this email which is the patch to apply
* Click on Send, it will send patch to EDBigDisk
* Click on Start, after a few seconds, you should see “Your System is now fixed”

You can now go to Disk Tab, and select format.
