Project Lead (M/F)
Wuala is seeking a passionate Project Lead to join our development team in order to take Wuala to the next level. The position is full-time and is based in our office in Zürich (Switzerland).- Responsibilities
- Directly manage a small team of experienced software engineers as well as provide direction for the daily operations and project management
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
- Interface with multiple departments and entities both internal and external to the company
- Cross-functional communication and coordination with all levels of management within Wuala-LaCie
- Requirements
- MA in CS, a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Understanding of, and practical experience with, Java web application development
- Strong analytical and operational skills
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
- Working knowledge of project planning tools
- Track record of getting things done
