With a degree from the HEC Business School, Guillaume Burfin began his career at LaCie as financial director in London, before moving in the direction of internal audit and financial management. In 2001, as financial director, he took part in the Opteway entrepreneurial project. Since 2003, he has worked at Microsoft where he is currently Business Manager – Western Europe, Small & Mid Market Solutions & Partners. He is a member of LaCie's Audit and Compensation Committees.

After being graduated from Paris' ESAE Business School, Laurent Katz first worked as a business engineer [ingénieur d’affaires] at Asystel before joining Microsoft France, where he moved on to assume responsibility for the Eastern France region. In 2003, he co-founded Technostorage, which specializes in digital video surveillance. He is a member of LaCie's Technology Monitoring Committee.

Having obtained his diploma from the Ecole Centrale in Paris, in 1993 André Jolivet founded Wavecom, a GSM module maker (listed on the Nasdaq–New Listings since 1999) where he served as CTO, then Stepmind in 2000 Remote Reward. Mr. Jolivet previously held management and project management positions in the mobile telephone industry from 1985 to 1993.
He is a member of LaCie's Technology Monitoring and Compensation Committees.

With degrees from the Institute of Political Studies (IEP Paris) and the National School of Administration (ENA) and holding a specialized post-graduate diploma (DESS) in business law, Christian Haas has accumulated a total of nearly thirty years' experience in investment capital. After spending more than five years at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he held an assortment of responsibilities in the field of information technology, Mr. Haas became part of the Institute of Industrial Development [Institut de Développement Industriel] (IDI), where he became Associate General Manager of Boussac Saint Frères. He returned to Banque Worms in 1985, where he became Associate General Manager in charge of Commercial Bank Activities and a member of the Management Committee. In 1996, he founded Matignon Investissement & Gestion, of which he is Chairman. He is also General Manager of Senlisienne de Portefeuille and of Comir. Mr. Haas is a member of LaCie's Compensation Committee.

Pierre holds a graduate degree in business administration from the HEC business school. Prior to joining LaCie in 2001, Pierre directed a business specializing in graphic arts for six years. Beginning in November 2002, Pierre directed all European activities, and is presently responsible for all Operations of the LaCie Group. Pierre is also General Manager and a member of the Board of Garderobe S.A.
