1. The source code for the GPL Software may be obtained at http://www.lacie.com/gpl


2. You may re-use, re-distribute and modify the GPL Software;


3. With respect solely to the GPL Software, it is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law

Further, for at least three (3) years from the date of distribution of the applicable product or software, we will give to anyone who contacts us at the contact information provided below, for a charge of no more than our cost of physically performing source code distribution, a complete machine readable copy of the complete corresponding source code for the version of the Programs that we distributed to you.

Source code for the open source components requiring distribution may be downloaded for free at www.lacie.com/gpl or by written request identifying the specific product number to the address below accompanied by a bank-certified check for $5 (US dollars) to cover reproduction, shipping and handling costs:
