If you are having difficulty on a web support request our technicians make themselves available for phone support.

LaCie technicians, on request, can remotely access your computer to fix a problem quickly and efficiently.

Extended Warranty  

Standard 3-year warranty becomes 4-year (single disk products or 5-year (RAID products) and standard 2-year warranty becomes 3-year.

Worldwide Warranty***  

Your product can be sent for support to the closest LaCie collection point

Advanced Replacement  

In the case of product failure, LaCie will ship you a replacement even before they receive the failed product.

Data Recovery **  

If your drive fails, LaCie data recovery experts will attempt to recover files.
