NAS 2.0 backing up and restoring is relatively simple and can be setup quickly.
Backing up to another NAS is the same as backing up to an external disk or to your computer. You merely need to add the share as a location in the dashboard of the source disk. To do this, follow the steps listed below for "backing up".
