PHILIPPE SPRUCH - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager.

Co-founder of LaCie (1989). In charge of R&D, marketing and purchasing. Philippe is also a director of Amikaï (USA).

PIERRE VAN DER ELST - Deputy General Manager in charge of Operations

Pierre holds a graduate degree in business administration from the HEC business school. Prior to joining LaCie in 2001, Pierre directed a business specializing in graphic arts for six years. Beginning in November 2002, Pierre directed all European activities, and is presently responsible for all Operations of the LaCie Group.

GERALDINE HOTTIER-FAYON - Administrative and Financial Director

After receiving her graduate degree from Lille's EDHEC Business School, Geraldine began her career at Ernst & Young. Recruited by LaCie USA in 2000 for her knowledge of the American context and her analytic abilities, Geraldine, as Chief Financial Officer for the ASEA region, worked towards reorganizing the company's internal controls while gaining control of expenses, and reinforcing communication and coordination with the head office. Since August 2002, Geraldine has been the Administrative and Financial Director for the Group, and has developed a quick and reliable reporting system.

NATHALIE CROUZET - Director of Human Resources

Before joining LaCie, Nathalie worked as a sales engineer, then market manager, for the Data Storage Department of 3M before it became Imation. She then joined the Carrefour Group where she employed her management expertise as the head of an 80-person team. In 1999, she returned to her first love, information technology storage, by becoming Head of Media Products at LaCie. With her versatile range of talents, she has held a number of positions within the company, and is today responsible for LaCie's Human Resources, General Services and General Secretariat. Nathalie holds a double European MBA (CESMA/EM Lyons and the Cranfield School of Management).

EMMANUEL ARTUS - Director of Operations

Emmanuel received dual training from the Ecole Centrale Paris and the HEC business school, holding degrees from both. Before joining LaCie, Emmanuel was an associate partner at IBM Consulting Services. He was in charge of service optimization in the areas of industry and logistics, and benefits from his 10 years of experience in supply chain transformation, and post-sales support at industrial companies. Currently Emmanuel is occupied full time with providing the best services as part of the Operations department.

MINH LE - Director of Marketing

After receiving his degree from the ESSEC Business School in 1994, Minh Le started his career as an auditor at Banque Paribas in Singapore before joining the Alcatel Group's Mobile Telephone Division in 1996. He later performed sales responsibilities at Alcatel, principally in the Export area, and then marketing responsibilities that led him to the post of Director of Product Marketing and Strategy. In 2007, Minh left Alcatel to join WaveStorm, a start-up developing services for connected devices. In 2008 Minh Le joined LaCie to help develop partnerships with telecom carriers before assuming leadership of the Marketing area.

PHILIPPE PARDONNET – Director, R&D

With a degree from the SUPELEC senior institute of electrical studies, Philippe worked for 13 years at ALCATEL. The last position he held there was as "Residential Phones Business Manager." He then moved to Atlinks, Digigram and most recently SAGEM, first at the Group's head offices and then at its Chinese unit JV SAGEM-BIRD. Philippe is able to call upon a broad experience in project management.

BÉRANGÈRE YVORRA - Purchasing Director

After having studied economics at the Paris Faculté Panthéon Assas, Bérangère started her career at LaCie in 1992. She has grown along with the company, where she has performed different functions in different departments (Sales, Logistics), before creating the Purchasing department in Europe. The particular attention Bérangère gives to optimization of our products' cost structure is a major advantage for the company. Bérangère's mission also includes building strong partnerships with our various strategic suppliers. She is today our global manager of Purchasing and procurements at LaCie.

OLIVIER MIRLOUP - Forecast and Pricing Director

Olivier received his degree from ESC Tours in 1997. He immediately joined LaCie's Swiss subsidiary on a national business service volunteer (VSNE) assignment, and then decided to remain with us in Sales. In 2000, he joined the marketing team as Head of Hard Drive Products, where he significantly enriched our product offerings. He then supervised a product director group before being promoted to the position of Sales Forecast and Pricing Director. Olivier possesses a very thorough knowledge of the storage market.

DOMINIQUE BATTELIER - Technical Director

Dominique received training as an Electronics and Information Technology engineer (Orsay-Saclay), then used his dual expertise to specialize in embedded software at large French microprocessor manufacturers. He joined LaCie to 1998 to assume responsibility for software development. Appointed Technical Director in 2000, Dominique supervises the team of hardware development engineers which designed the revolutionary new Solutions line of products. Dominique is also in charge of the Quality process, from the design to the repair of our products.

DENIS LUGAGNE-DELPON – Director of Information Systems

Denis joined LaCie in 2008 with a degree from the ECE Business School in Paris, and the holder of an MBA from Dauphine University (Paris) - University of Quebec-Montréal. With a wealth of prior professional experience as I.S. manager, I.S. and CRM consultant and an ERP project manager, Denis is responsible for seeing to it that we possess the IT and telecommunications tools needed for operations, management and decision-making. He will also be responsible for ensuring that our IT systems and services evolve hand in hand with the development of the business.
