The shortcut button does not work properly -- Windows
Most problems with the shortcut button can be resolved by resintalling the software. To do this, uninstall the version currently installed, then update the software to the latest available version. Follow the procedure below to do this:
Begin by opening the Windows control panel. Usually, this can be done by clicking Start, then clicking Control Panel. If that option is not available, double-click My Computer, then choose "Change a setting" from the menu on the left.
Look for the "Add or Remove Programs" application, and double-click it.
In the list, look for the entry that says "Shortcut Button." Click the button that says "remove" on the right side.
A small menu will appear confirming this decision. Proceed through the menu.
Once it has finished, reboot the computer. When the computer is running again, download the latest version. CLICK HERE to go to the download page for the latest version of the Shortcut Button software. Install the software after the download has finished. Once reinstalled, the software should perform as expected.
